At Gnomon Watches, we strive for complete satisfaction with every timepiece; however, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. All returns must include the original protective plastics, tags, and documentation to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box and outer sleeve, ensuring all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are included.

  Secure Shipping

  Ship the item back to our Singapore headquarters using a trackable and insured courier service to ensure the package arrives safely and is accounted for.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
